Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we awarded three $2,000 scholarships (originally planned as $1,000 each), during our inaugural “A Night to Remember” Gala on April 21, 2018. Applicants from Desert View High School, Pueblo High School, San Miguel High School, and Sunnyside High School were eligible to apply and were required to submit a written essay and questionnaire.
Our Why: Witnessing the joy and excitement Victoria felt when she received the news of her full-ride scholarship to Saint Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota-and the immense pride, honor, and gratitude we felt as her parents-continues to inspire our mission. Our hope is to one day bring that same joy and opportunity to a bright, dedicated, and motivated student by fulfilling that dream and awarding a full-ride scholarship.
